Bill Thompson

Bill is one of those kind of guys who looks at something and knows how to improve it and make it operate more efficiently.

He spent 7 years in the US Navy where he worked in electronics and supply. He left the Navy and entered California State University San Jose where he studied Engineering. He received his Masters Degree in Quality Assurance.

Bill sits on the Board of Directors for a number of corporations including serving as Secretary for a new pharmaceutical company.

He was born in Houston Texas and moved to California in 1977. He located permanently in Monterey County in 1981 because as Bill tells it, " I travelled all over the world and Monterey has the best year round weather on the planet."  He changed his career path to work in the agriculture industry. He says he was attracted to agriculture because it is dynamic, always changing, and fast paced. Bill enjoys the opportunity to address all phases of this exciting and complex world by providing fresh high quality produce coast to coast.

Bill has been married since 1984 and has two children.

His hobbies include wine making, gardening, fishing  and travel.
